Physical AI Lab
Teleoperation and demonstration data collection for robot learning.

Robotics research ·AI data collection ·Immersive training
From robot teleoperation and data collection to immersive XR training, we design, install and support complete labs for universities, research institutes and industry.
Solutions
Two kinds of lab, both delivered turnkey: equipment, installation, software or course content, staff training and local support.
Compare
Pick by what you want to train: robots or people. Both labs can start small and grow.
Trains robots
No robot needed to start
Trains people
Starts with one room
Every lab includes
Products
The equipment and software we supply, set up and support. Buy them on their own or as part of a lab.
Applications
Every photo here is from a lab or system we delivered.

VR stations beside real pumps and valves, so trainees practise hazardous steps and emergencies with no risk to people.

CAVEs and immersive rooms that show plants, equipment and train interiors at full scale for visitors and design reviews.

VR classrooms and CAVE immersive spaces where universities and vocational schools teach whole classes.

Real maintenance procedures rebuilt as step-by-step VR training that staff repeat without stopping production.

Notes from building Physical AI Labs and XR Labs: robot data collection, teleoperation, VR training and the research behind them.

Physical AI ·
In October, YYForce opened a robotics training and data centre in Singapore, then announced an 11-robot fleet at a Singapore hotel. What was announced, what was not, and what it takes to build a robot training and data facility.

Aedu AI designs, supplies, installs and supports two kinds of lab: Physical AI Labs, where people teleoperate robots to record training data, and XR Labs for VR and simulation training. It is a Singapore company, AEDU AI PTE. LTD. It also supplies MANUS Metagloves, Haply Inverse3 and ILLUMETRY holographic displays, and builds its own browser-based training platform, AeduVerse.
A Physical AI Lab trains robots, and an XR Lab trains people. In a Physical AI Lab, operators wear MANUS data gloves to drive a simulated or real robot hand through NVIDIA Isaac Teleop, and each session is recorded as demonstration data for robot learning. An XR Lab is an industrial VR training room, VR classroom, CAVE or mixed reality space where students and staff practise their work.
Aedu AI is based in Singapore and delivers labs across Southeast Asia and in Hong Kong. Its markets are Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Brunei and Hong Kong. Each lab is delivered on site, including the site survey, installation, calibration and staff training.
Each lab is delivered turnkey, from the first site survey to support after handover. That covers site survey and layout design, equipment supply, installation and calibration, software or course content, and training for your staff. The same team that installs the lab provides local support once it is running.
The labs are built for universities, polytechnics, TVET and vocational colleges, research institutes, robotics companies and industrial training centres. Physical AI Labs mostly serve robotics and AI research groups and robot companies collecting demonstration data. XR Labs serve schools and training centres that teach whole classes in VR or train staff on equipment operation, maintenance and safety procedures.
